Precision machining of lightweight parts
EXAKT LC is a roller and measuring rail system that enables precise sawing, drilling, or milling of lightweight wood, metal, or plastic profiles. The substructure is solidly made of 3 mm steel profi les and painted. In the standard version, the length stop is set via a magnifying glass on the measuring scale mounted in the fi eld of vision. Optionally, a digital indicator is available as a special accessory.
The EXACT LC roller and measuring conveyors are manufactured in a modular system of 2 and 3 m pieces and can therefore be easily extended as required. The tracks are equipped with a different number of support feet according to the total length selected.
