Professional advice and competent technical service in the ProfiCentre
Get advice, try out and compare.
New machines are intended to make production processes more effective, safer and thus also more economical. Expectations for such investments are high. Especially for standard machines in the areas of sawing, planing and moulding, in-depth consultation is required in order to find optimally coordinated solutions.
The two mechanical engineering companies Reinhold Beck from Krauchenwies and Hokubema-Panhans from Sigmaringen (both in Baden-Württemberg) have therefore set themselves the goal of acting even closer to the customer in future. Machines with high-quality technology can rarely be sold on the phone or in an online shop. In order to find the right machine for the application and the user from the multitude of models and equipment variants, well-founded advice is indispensable.
In return, this partnership ensures the dealer extensive support from both manufacturers. On the one hand Beck with its ergonomic, height-adjustable work and lift tables as well as other practical work aids such as roller and measuring track systems. On the other hand, Hokubema, the manufacturer of high-quality Panhans standard machines for wood and plastics processing.
Under the leadership of Managing Director Reinhold Beck, both companies have developed a coherent dealer concept over the past months, which will focus even more on the end customer in the future.
The prerequisites for this are also in place. Experienced advisors see themselves as service providers who can respond to clients' wishes with the appropriate knowledge.
The specialist dealers have a fixed place in this concept. They take on the task of supporting the corporate philosophy locally and expanding direct contact with the market.
Demonstration machines of all product lines are an integral part of our sales concept.

On the other hand, Hokubema, the manufacturer of high-quality Panhans standard machines for wood and plastics processing. A corresponding agreement has recently been reached with the company “Keller Maschinen & Service GmbH” from Lower Saxony.
