KONTRA comet
The KONTRA Comet 2-level gluing press has been designed for carpenters, interior designers, and staircase manufacturers. The two levels allow the production of laminated wood panels with a maximum size of 1,250 x 4,000 mm. The work surfaces are fully equipped with counter supports, holding devices, and pneumatically controlled pressure bars.

Highlights
Retention framework
The liftable support frames allow free access to both working levels. Loading and unloading of the levels is effortless, and precise adjustment of the continuously adjustable counter supports is quick and easy.
Stable hold-down devices
Stable hold-down devices are essential for achieving accurate results. They are available in sufficient numbers in every press room. The thickness of the wood to be processed can be individually adjusted using permanently mounted hand wheels.
Swivel work surfaces
Die beiden Arbeitsebenen der lassen sich rund um die horizontale Achse drehen. Die Drehbewegung erfolgt manuell über eine zentral angebrachte Handkurbel durch ein selbsthemmendes Schneckenradgetriebe oder auf Wunsch über einen elektrischen Antriebsmotor.
