A customizable workspace.

Regloplas AG is particularly strong in the manufacture of customized customer products. The production of its temperature control units also requires different and individual work steps. In order to ensure a healthy posture throughout the entire manufacturing process, a workplace is needed that can be adapted to the working conditions and the different employees.

Customized products naturally require customized assembly aids.

Our ergonomic HS 300 Standard lift table accompanies the temperature control units throughout the entire manufacturing process. In the mechanical department, employees can work on the devices from all sides while standing, as they are securely fastened to the lift tables. With its swivel casters, the lift table also serves as a means of transport, quickly and easily moving the temperature control units to the electrical department. The parking brakes transform the HS 300 back into a stable, stationary workstation.

Every employee can adjust the working table to the optimum height using the foot-operated hydraulic system. This height adjustment works continuously under loads of up to 300 kg. This means that working in a seated position is also possible without any problems, and no one has to work in an uncomfortable or unhealthy posture. Back pain and tension are now a thing of the past for Regloplas AG employees.

Thanks to its sturdy construction, the lift table can easily support the weight of the temperature control units.
Infinitely height-adjustable under load
Employees can work either standing or sitting and adjust their workstation to their height.
Composite panel made of stainless steel + perforated grid panel beech multiplex
The worktop consists of a combination of a beech perforated grid panel with a stainless steel attachment. The clamping accessories were specially manufactured for this purpose and enable optimal processing of the temperature control devices.
